Giancarlo Stanton is starting to look like his old self.
The New York Yankees slugger hit a pair of home runs in Wednesday's rehab game with Class-A Tampa, raising his total to four during his recovery with the Tarpons.
The first, a solo shot, came in the bottom of the third, with the second coming two innings later with a man on base.
It's the second day in a row that Stanton has gone deep.
Stanton has been out since April 1 thanks to biceps, shoulder, and calf injuries. Once his stint in Tampa is finished, he'll move on to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre before rejoining the Yankees during their next homestand, according to Brendan Kuty of NJ.com.
